We believe retirement plans should be uniquely designed to meet the needs of the business owner and its employees.  To meet the needs of your unique situation, National Retirement Plan Advisors offers the following plan designs:

Traditional Profit-Sharing Plans allow an employer to contribute up to 25% of total eligible payroll.  The employer can also skip a contribution in lean years.

Profit-Sharing Select allows an employer to vary the annual contribution and allocate more of it to select groups of employees.

Age-Weighted Profit-Sharing Plans offer flexibility in the amount of contribution made by the employer and allow more of the contribution to benefit older employees nearer to retirement.

Defined Benefit Plans provide a predetermined amount of income at retirement, up to 100% of pay, not to exceed a mandated dollar amount, indexed for inflation.  There are various design techniques which can be used to favor identified key employees.

412(i) Defined Benefit Plans provide a predefined level of benefits which are fully insured, funded entirely by insurance company contracts.  Suitable for established, stable businesses, 412(i) plans typically allow higher deductions than traditional defined benefit plans.

401(k) Plans accept both tax-deductible contributions from employers and pre-tax dollars from employees.  In addition to retirement benefits, 401(k) plans allow pre-retirement hardship withdrawals under certain circumstances.

Initial IRS Filing.  All of the required forms are fully prepared, ready for signature, to ensure that the new plan meets all reporting requirements.

Disclosure Requirements.  A Summary Plan Description and Individual Statement of Benefits are prepared.  NRPA's commitment to continuing service ensures that these documents will remain current through future updates.

Annual Government Reports.  All required forms are completed for our clients, signature ready, including actuarial certifications for defined benefit plans.

Annual Service Review.  Among NRPA's strengths is timely knowledge of changing regulations.  We make sure our clients' plans are kept up-to-date through annual reviews.
